Lansing Preschool and Child Care Center
Lansing USD 469 offers daycare, preschool, and pre-K programs to children in our community through the Lansing Preschool and Child Care Center. As part of Lansing schools, children in our program have a wide variety of learning opportunities including a kindergarten readiness approach that begins with the youngest children all the way through the summer before kindergarten.

The Lansing USD 469 Preschool is available for children ages 12 months and walking to 5 years of age.

Lansing Preschool and Child Care Center offers multiple child discounts to community members who have more than one child enrolled. The multiple child discount of $10.00 per week will be taken off the oldest child’s fees until they are no longer enrolled in the program.
There is a one-time registration fee of $30.00, and an annual supply fee of $25.00
What hours are you offering services to children?
6:30am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday
Do you offer part-time schedules?
Yes, we offer daily rates for families needing 2-4 days a week with a consistent schedule and we also offer drop-in care when spaces are available. Drop-in care requires advance notice and approval from the director. Both types of care are $45 per day.
Where is the preschool located?
The preschool is located in the Special Education Administrative Building at 210 East Mary Street, next to Lansing District Office.

Are you open during winter break, spring break, and / or holidays?
Our program provides learning opportunities for your child all year around except for the dates listed below. In addition, we reserve the right to close for occasional snow days based on the school district closures due to precipitation-related events such as snow or ice.
We will be closed the following holidays each year:

Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving and the Friday Following
Christmas eve and Christmas Day
Please Note: If a holiday falls on a Saturday, we will have the Friday before off and if it falls on a Sunday we will have the Monday following off.
