Our district is committed to ensuring all buildings are on the same page through systematic collaboration and planning. As part of our Strategic Plan goal area, Operations, Budget, and Management, we hold regularly scheduled meetings at various levels to align our efforts:
Bi-Weekly Admin Meetings: District office administrators meet every two weeks to coordinate initiatives, review progress, and plan for the future.
Building Leadership Team (BLT) Meetings: Each school hosts regular BLT meetings to address building-specific goals, challenges, and successes while staying aligned with district-wide priorities.
Quarterly District Leadership Team (DLT) Meetings: Leaders from across the district come together quarterly to ensure consistency and collaboration at every level.
These meetings reflect our focus on creating and implementing district decisions with a systematic approach, ensuring our students, staff, and community benefit from thoughtful, cohesive planning.
