Lansing USD469 is proud to offer interpreting and translating services, including American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation district-wide.

This initiative came from our Strategic Plan under "Communication and Collaboration: Establish a plan to provide translation support for students and families."

Lansing USD469 is committed to ensuring effective communication for all families and students. Providing access to interpreting and translating services, including American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, is a key part of our mission to support inclusivity and equal access to educational opportunities. We understand that clear communication is essential for your engagement and success in the school environment, and we strive to meet your needs in the best possible way.

To ensure we can provide the best support, please submit your request for an interpreter at least two weeks in advance. This advance notice allows us to arrange for a qualified interpreter who can meet your needs effectively, whether for spoken language interpretation, ASL, or document translation.
