Lansing High School Wrestlers Clinch the UKC Conference Title!

Congratulations to our Lansing High School Varsity Boys Wrestling Team for clinching the UKC Conference Title on Saturday, February 3rd. Adding to the celebration, Coach Paul Hansen has been honored with the title of UKC Coach of the Year.
The athletes showcased their skills and determination, resulting in numerous podium finishes:

- Elijah Dickson - 2nd
- Sawyer Jorgensen - 1st
- Jacob Garner - 3rd
- Riley Dilka - 2nd
- Justin Shields - 1st
- Elijah Townsend - 3rd
- Noah Mathis - 1st
- Elijah Mathis - 1st
- Madelyn Knight - 4th
- Amari English - 3rd
- Kaylin Dunlap - 3rd
In addition to taking first in his weight class, Sawyer Jorgensen also won the UKC Newcomer award.
As the Varsity Boys celebrate their triumph, attention now turns to the upcoming Regional Qualifiers. The Girl's Regional Qualifier for State is scheduled for this coming Saturday, while the Boy's Regional Qualifier will take place on February 15th and 16th.
